Dr. Lisa Brostrom, MD, FACS

Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon | Founder

Dr. Lisa Brostrom brings decades of surgical experience and a deeply personal approach to patient care. Her extensive background includes facial, breast, body, hand, and reconstructive surgery, shaped in part by more than 15 years of military service.

Known for her precision, natural-looking results, and commitment to patient safety, Dr. Brostrom believes plastic surgery should enhance who you already are—not change the person you see in the mirror.

Ally Calderhead, RN

Registered Nurse | Surgical & Patient Care

Ally is an important part of our surgical and patient-care team, helping patients feel prepared, comfortable, and supported throughout their surgical journey.

Her calm presence and attention to detail help create the personalized experience our patients have come to expect from New Image.

Jolee Camacho

First Assistant & Surgical Technologist

Jolee is passionate about plastic surgery and loves being in the operating room. As a First Assistant and Surgical Technologist, she plays an essential role in supporting Dr. Brostrom and ensuring each procedure is performed with precision, preparation, and patient safety in mind.
Beyond the operating room, Jolee has a heart for giving back through medical mission trips, where she has had the opportunity to provide care to pediatric patients.

For Jolee, being part of a patient’s transformation is one of the most rewarding parts of what she does.

Sierra Jeffress, MA

Advanced Esthetician | Master Laser Technician

Sierra combines advanced skincare knowledge with a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin.

As an Advanced Esthetician and Master Laser Technician, she provides customized treatments designed around each patient’s individual skin concerns and goals.

Her approach is all about enhancing your natural beauty while creating a skincare experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and results-driven.

Megan Martinez

Front Desk Concierge | Administrative Assistant

Megan is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet at New Image.
With more than a decade of healthcare experience spanning plastic surgery, wound care, dermatology, and cardiovascular care, she brings a broad understanding of patient care to our front office.

Her goal is simple: to make every patient feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors.

Marielena Manaure

Patient Care Coordinator | Marketing & Patient Experience

Marielena helps guide patients through their New Image journey, from the initial conversation and consultation coordination to surgical planning and follow-up.

She also supports the practice’s marketing and patient communication, helping share the stories, transformations, and values that make New Image unique.

Her favorite part of the job is helping patients feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options, and feel confident about the journey ahead.
